Date of last major update: 2021-01-31

The website is partially compliant with the Act of 4 April 2019 on the digital availability of websites and mobile applications of public entities due to non-compliances or exclusions listed below:

  1. Links on the website to information on external pages open in new windows or on new browser tabs according to the information provided in their descriptions, however due to certain system limitations, there may be situations in which they will open in the same window or in a new window or in a new browser tab without informing the user,

  2. It may happen that, despite the best efforts of the website editors of the site, certain documents published on the website are unavailable, due to the fact that:

    • they come from various sources,

    • they were published on the basis of rules adopted in another institution,

    • they were published prior to the entry into force of the Digital Availability Act.

However, the Ministry makes every effort to ensure that they are, as far as possible, corrected and digitally available to the broadest possible public.
